Lunch & Snacks
At Invictus, we offer lunch & snacks packages based on the year level as follows:
When can I sign up for lunch & snacks?
To properly process orders, we require you to sign up no later than Thursday prior to the week when you want to start the lunch and snacks service.
When will I receive an invoice?
Generally, we will issue an invoice for lunch and snacks within two weeks of starting the service, or upon request. If you fail to pay an invoice, future orders will not be allowed or processed.
Payments are due termly at the beginning of each term (invoices will be sent digitally by Invictus).
Can I cancel lunch & snacks any time?
Due to our catering services policy, we are not able to cancel lunch and snacks services at any time. Cancellations are completed at the end of term. Therefore, if a parent requests cancellation of the lunch and snacks service, they will be responsible for the cost of the service until the end of the term in which cancellation was requested. Lunch and snacks will continue to be served until the end of the term as well.

To cancel lunch & snacks successfully and without delays, please complete our cancellation form.
