Justin is a dedicated educator, school leader, and lifelong learner who has been working at the secondary and tertiary levels in the United States and internationally for more than 20 years. He is a certified teacher and certified school administrator who has worked with students spanning a variety of social locations, including students with special needs, English Language Learners, at-risk children, and talented and gifted students.

Before joining Invictus, Justin taught social studies and humanities classes in secondary schools in the United States, Japan, and Myanmar. From 2012 to 2023, he taught university courses, first as a faculty associate teaching anthropology of religion classes at Arizona State University and then as an adjunct clinical instructor for Moreland University's TEACH-NOW Teacher Preparation Certificate Program.

Justin holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, an M.A. in Eastern Classics, and an M.Ed. in Global Education. He completed the comprehensive Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard School of Education in 2021. Justin is honored to serve as the Deputy Principal at Invictus Phnom Penh where he has the opportunity to work alongside other dedicated educators and lifelong learners.
