ADMISSIONS OVERVIEW

To complete this application form, you will need the scans of the following documents:

1. Child's birth certificate, passport, Cambodian national ID.
2. Parent/Guardian passport, Cambodian national ID.
3. Report cards showing the last two years of completed coursework, if applicable.
4. Immunization records for nursery, reception, and primary applicants.
5. Recent passport-size photo, taken in the last 6 months.

Please note that this application form will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and the relevant documents will take a few minutes to upload.

Upon successful submission of the completed Invictus Application Form, your child will immediately enter our applicant pool. We may use email or phone contact information to communicate the next steps of the admissions process.
